RemotePad supports syntax highlighting, which you can design and build yourself. RemotePad ships with syntax definitions for C, C , Pascal, Perl, SQL, HTML, Bourne Shell, C-Shell, and Java. RemotePad has a full scripting language built-in so you can write your own routines to modify files, a menu-builder so you can create your own menus which run scripts when selected, and almost 20 events you can attach scripts to to completely customize the software's behavior. Additionally, RemotePad supports code templates, so you can shorten your everyday typing to just a few keystrokes. RemotePad has numerous other features to make your editing life easier, all of which are completely documented in the extensive help files.
