Unused Account Ferret  -  Version  1.0 Unused Account Ferret identifies unused domain accounts on Windows NT and Windows 2000 networks. Unused accounts often belong to ex-employees or contractors. These forgotten accounts jeopardise network security and can lead to excess purchasing of software licenses. Identifying unused accounts manually can take days, but UAF can scan the largest of domains in a matter of minutes. Regular use of UAF will help to ensure that unauthorised users are not granted access to network resources.
