ACTION Process Automator takes charge over
predetermined tasks, triggering them whenever they are
scheduled to occur. The use of ACTION is quite simple.
When it is loaded (from the Start Up or as a service),
the icon appears, and ACTION is in business. Just
double click the icon to add, edit or view scheduled
actions.
ACTION can copy, rename, delete and move files and
directories It monitors stalled applications and shuts
them off. It can backup whole drives, starts
applications or documents associated with an
application with or without command line parameters.
It terminates running applications, prints files and
with the optional TASQ Recorder records and plays back
keystrokes and mouse actions. It compresses/extracts
zip files, attaches/detaches network servers,
maps/unmaps network drives, restart Windows. Action
sends and receives e-mails with attachments, executes
VBScripts, dials phone numbers, sets the date of
files, sets the clock, uploads or downloads files,
publishes the external (Wang) IP allowing redirections
to dynamic IPs. If you find anything that you can not
automate with Action please let us know and we will
add it.
ACTION can execute scheduled events repeatedly and
restrain execution when predetermined conditions are
not met. No programming is required.
