	Russian Phonetic Keyboard  -  Version  1.2 This utility is for those who doesn't have standart Russian Cyrilic Keyboard and can't type in Russian. Right now you can type in Russian just by looking at your keyboard. It places the russian letters about the same as they appear as english on english keyboards. Full defails of installation are included in both Russian and English
