	WinPopup CE  -  Version  1.0 The Windows CE equivelant of the Windows 95 program WinPopup. Send and receive messages via infrared. Continious line of sight not necessary - messages are sent as soon as the infrared ports are lined up. Runs on Windows CE Handheld PC units only.
