QB-Commerce easily automates handling of customer and
order information. It automatically reads your email
order confirmations from your website and from your
merchant account, puts the information into a
database, removes duplicate orders, marks which orders
are pre-paid, and creates a file that you can import
into Quickbooks
QBCommerce stores your incoming emails in the Inbox in
a tree structure ordered by download date and email
sender. You can select groups of emails and display
the order information in the database.
With QB-Commerce you not only have a great way to
manage email order confirmations, you get all order
information automatically readied to be imported into
Quickbooks. Once the data is in Quickbooks you can
instantly create customer invoices, view reports, and
use the full power of this leading finance software
with your data.
