The Document Centre allows you to keep track of all those items of documentation that come into your office. Bills, Letters, Cheques, they can all be entered into The Document Centre to be accessed whenever that are needed. Items are stored against a contact, so letters for example from xyz Ltd, would likely be attached to this contact. To find them again it is simply a matter of looking at xyz Ltd and viewing the list of documents entered. The Document Centre can be used as a simple workflow or standalone document storage system, or a small scale workflow solution.
