PHC Blackout 1.01 is a simple but clever game in which
turning on one light changes the state of the
surrounding lights. If they are off at first, they
are turned on, and vice versa. The aim of the game is
to turn off all the lights. Unlike other "Lights Out"
knockoffs, PHC Blackout has several different modes of
play and randomly creates the puzzles for you. There
are literally millions of possible puzzles. PHC
Blackout also includes a hint feature that will let
you know which move to make, in case you need to cheat
a little. PHC Blackout is an addictive and
challenging puzzle game that will drive you crazy.
