organization. Shared Calendars
allows many users each to create their own individual
calendars, giving
access to different people as desired. They can create
calendars just for
themselves, or for committees or workgroups.
Shared Calendars is very easy to use: at its simplest
it's much like a
wall calendar. Or, use it's full capactities: email
reminders, recurring
events, managing tasks, request co-workers to schedule
meetings or search
schedules to find mutual free time, and more.
It works like any other web page: once you've set it
up on your server, it
can be accessed from any web browser on any type of
computer.
