Monitors NT/2000 Terminal and Citrix servers by
analyzing Terminal server-specific statistical
information and notifies if a statistic exceeds a
predetermined value. The server can be running on a
local or remote NT/2000 computer. An unlimited amount
of servers can be viewed from the user interface. The
product can monitor an unlimited number of computers
and is licensed per processor.
A monitoring example is when a program starts
overloading the server, it identifies the program and
the user. Another feature notifies administrators when
a server is offline and when it comes back online by
communicating directly with the Terminal Server, not
by generic “pinging”. Monitoring multiple servers can
be done from one Terminal Server – there are no agents
loaded on the servers being monitored! Running as a
service avoids constant manual monitoring.
