ATTS stands for Advanced Text to Speech and is a text
to speech utility based on Microsoft Agent Technology.
ATTS can read any text in any window whether it be
text on a webpage, emails or documents, simply select
the text you want read and press Ctrl+C. ATTS has a
familiar Winamp-style user interface with play, stop,
back and forward controls so it's very easy to use.
Furthermore, there are dozens of voices, characters,
skins for selecting and downloading to customize your
ATTS just the way you like it!
