	CDSpeed32  -  Version  1.2 Command line utility (one simple exe file) allowing you to set reading speed of your CDROM, it requires ASPI installed (you must install it into NT 4.0, Win95 and Win98 have it installed by default). When your CDROM is slower it's less loud too.
