This program teaches English vocabulary in an enjoyable and extremely effective way. Based on the concept that visual stimuli reinforce language learning, it teaches around a thousand common English words through 45 topic-based picture screens, each with its own built-in testing of comprehension and reproduction.
A) Words: Pointing at objects with the mouse brings up labels, clicking on them allows the learner to hear the words spoken.
B) Sentences: The learner listens to (and repeats) sentences about the people and objects in the pictures.
C) Quiz: Comprehension is tested by a "quiz" in which you are asked to find something in the picture, and you have to click on the correct object.
