Recent Documents will save you time and frustration by
keeping track of documents you have been working with,
and will help you find them again easily. It
automatically keeps track of the names and locations
of documents/files as you work with them, without any
additional effort on your part. Whenever you need to
locate a document or file you can use Start/My Recent
Documents and a familiar Explorer type interface to
find it quickly. Recent Documents allows you to locate
documents by type, by date or by folder. You can have
document references stored in categories you define
based on rules that make sense for the way you work.
Or you can use the powerful searching facilities to
track down that elusive file.
