Insight Server: Insight Server delivers a
Linux based mail services product that provides an
alternative to Microsoft Exchange and existing
enterprise messaging servers. Insight Server supports
major industry communications standards working with a
broad range of corporate mail clients including
Microsoft Outlook and other popular mail clients on
almost any platform. It supports all the IBM eServers
under Linux. By supporting popular open source and
third party anti-spam and anti-virus software, Insight
Server is the foundation for a complete, yet
affordable and manageable office messaging and
collaboration solution.
InsightConnector: The Bynari InsightConnector
enables full Microsoft Outlook functionality in IMAP
Mailboxes. With the InsightConnetor IMAP mailboxes
can now operate as full Outlook information stores
containing any kind of Outlook items, not just the
messages and posts that IMAP normally handles.
InsightConnector installs as an Exchange client
extension, so it’s compatible with all versions of
Outlook. When used with an IMAP server that supports
folder access control lists (such as Bynari’s Insight
Server), InsightConnector also supports sharing of
user’s individual IMAP folders. As a result, it
becomes possible for users to share data using
standard IMAP servers, rather than specialized servers
such as Exchange, GroupWise, or OpenMail.
