DirectLogon
-
Version
1.01
On computer systems running Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 or Windows
XP, you need to logon with name and password to use the machine.
While
this is neccessary for multiuser, it's quite annoying
for
single
user systems. Unfortunately, Windows NT/2000/XP
don't
just have a
checkbox "do not ask for password" - you can use
some
tricks but the systems tend to "reset" the login
information at
every bootup.
DirectLogon stops this
behaviour. You enter
your desired username and password once
and
for all - DirectLogon
will force Windows NT/2000/XP to log
you on with
this
credentials. You'll never see the login screen
again if you
don't
want to!
