ViciDocs Pronto is a powerful document management tool
which handles paper as well as all types of computer
documents. It can work over a network, allowing
organizations to create a central repository of
documents. Documents can be added to, searched upon
and retrieved very easily from this repository. Paper
documents are scanned in through a TWAIN-compliant
scanner and the product enables stacking of multiple
pages into a single file. The multiple page file can
also be resorted for convenient filing. The interface
is easy to use with thumbnail views. The documents can
be indexed through customizable templates and can also
be retrieved by date, author etc.. The product
includes a viewer which supports 150 file formats so
even without the native application, documents can be
viewed and printed.
