popup killers use BHO (Browser Helper Object)
technology. But BHOs are also used by adware, spyware,
or can run a virus! Security-minded users can turn
off all 3rd party software, including BHOs, with the
IE security options. But, using Explorer Bar
technology, popSmarts will still run SAFELY, even if
the 3rd party software is TURNED OFF!
