PolarBear fetches and display general relevant
settings of the system (desktop/server) on which it is
run. It display information like:
- Network Settings, e.g. IP addresses, DNS etc
- Computer information, e.q. type of processor
- User information, e.g. login id
- Disk information, e.g. available space
- Printer information, e.g. installed printers
- Time, Date and location information.
This information can be viewed at all times by popping
up the PolarBear from the taskbar.
Mailing and saving this information is also possible
from the menu's and toolbars to provide others, like
helpdesk personal, with accurate configuration
information without moving through many questions,
tools, windows and menu's
