Sentry Pro is the complete network monitoring
software. It offers IT administrators full control
over the IT infrastructure by monitoring all event
sources and notifying the occurrence of all critical
events for corrective measures to be taken, manually
or automatically, thus avoiding any undesired
consequences.
Sentry Pro Version features customized monitoring
objects for servers (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MS IIS, MS
ISA) and for OS Platforms (Windows 2000, NT, XP, 2003).
Due to it’s web based interface Sentry Pro can be
configured and administered, locally or remotely,
thorough any browser from any location in the world,
without needing any client components.
By monitoring your network performance, Sentry Pro
notifies you each time a specific or critical event
occurs, allowing you to take action or automatically
performing the configured corrective processes, before
having any undesired consequences.
You can configure Sentry Pro to automatically execute
tasks each time a specific event passes a filter
condition. Tasks that Sentry Pro performs are
notifications and/or actions. For each event of
interest you can choose the notification types: e-
mails, net send, sound alert, pop-up message, web
pages, alerts window, pager alert, syslog alert. etc.
