priority can be updated and notified immediately to

Each incidence will be created as a single page or
sequence of pages in a file therefore each file can
contain many incidences. Status and priority of the
file that contains many incidences can be changed and
these features can be utilized with project
management and quality assurance process. Files are
shared and synchronized by email. Changes are
notified by Instant Message.
