New patch management functionality is now available in
Sitekeeper® with a great new plug-in that utilizes the
inventory and "push" deployment technology in
Sitekeeper 3.0, making updates or patches very easy.
This update provides a quick solution to determine
what versions of software are being run, on which
machines and allows you to download and update your
software with just a few clicks. You can determine the
machines that need specific software versions, updates
or patches or which machines do not have what you feel
they should - all very fast and without needing a text
book to decipher. The newly redesigned interface is
geared for all levels of system administration and
contains direct links for help, so if you run into a
snag - you can get assistance without having to abort
your task. Sitekeeper runs on Windows® XP, Windows
Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT and
additionally, it can manage clients running Windows
Me, Windows 98 and Windows 95.
