Cintel ProAccounts 2000 is a simple weekly or monthly
rent income and debt calculation program for
subletting landlords. In a future version, the scope
of ProAccounts will be enlarged to that of an entire
accounts-management package, however, this project is
not yet underway. Using a fast data access engine and
building on the features of ProAccounts 98 it provides
both efficiency and functionality. For example,
multiple records with the same name can be used
allowing more than one record per tenant.
After filling-in the contact details for quick
identification, you may use the data form where up to
208 datachunks of information may be used (52
Alphanumeric, 156 Numeric) per record. All this data,
however, when saved takes-up a remarkably small amount
of space per record, meaning your files are extremely
portable. ProAccounts is very easy to customise,
making it extremely flexible to a user's specific
needs. It is also immune from the effects of
the 'Millennium bug', meaning that your data will be
safe in the year 2000 and beyond.
