WsijzE converts xyz-data (i.e., the general 3D
numeric data defined as an arrangement of x-, y-, and
z-values) into ijz-data (i.e., an arrangement of z-
values at an intersection point, (x, y), of even-
interval grid lines on the x and y coordinate
system). Approximate errors in the conversion are
minimized with effective interpolation processing
used. A specified rectangle region of ijz-data can be
converted to new ijz-data (ijz to ijz conversion).
These conversions can be performed in the WsijzE
window. Calculation between two ijz-data can be
performed in the Calculation window that is invoked
from the WsijzE window. Since sequence of ijz-data is
also used in WscntE and Ws3dgE, sister products of
WsijzE, by the combination of these, effectively
visualizing three-dimensional data can be realized.
