Currently supported sound formats are WAV files (both
platforms), and Macintosh system sounds (Mac only).
New version 1.1 offers an external function for
asynchronous sound playback. This feature lets you
start sound playback and immediately continue working
while your sound is being played back in background.
This improvement is intended mainly for the
developers who want to add longer sound effects and
background music to their solutions.
