Produra, the network-enabled software for tracking
hours spent on various projects in the services
industry, has been further improved and optimized, and
is now available as Version 2.
With this new version, you get a comprehensive project
information system. Now you can manage and coordinate
an unlimited number of projects. The new status
tracking feature enables you to clearly distinguish
between the planning stage, project implementation,
project completion and billing for a particular
project. You can also assign a particular status to
each of the sub-projects.
Produra 2.0, moreover, offers numerous possibilities
for your personnel administration. Accurate logging of
the work done ensures the efficient controlling of
your costs. Special entries, such as vacation,
illness, and overtime can be made. You can create new
user groups with their own access rights.
Using the extremely flexible administrative functions,
you can customize Produra for your company. For
example, you can configure your project numbers
according to the system used in your organization,
define various data fields according to your needs and
set legal holidays.
Produra has a comfortable user interface: All the data
is shown in a structured manner, similar to the
Windows Explorer. Projects and contacts can be
arranged in any folder structure, and you can flexibly
modify the views for the individual tables. Data can
be moved quickly and easily using drag & drop. You can
create and print a comprehensive report and add, for
example, graphics and charts. But you can also select
any records for a quick overview and print them with a
single mouse click.
