The membership application supports time & talent
searches, adult and youth attendance, photo
directories, mail merge, bulk e-mail, tracking of
events such as birthdays, anniversaries (with pre-
event notification). Data fields may be customized.
The financial application associates contributions,
dues, and pledges with members. It also includes full
expense accounting including staff office payroll
calculation. The accounting system is flexible and may
be customized to suit any organization's needs.
Comprehensive reports include detailed and / or
summaries of income and expenses, plus pledge &
contribution analysis, automatic bar / pie chart
generation, and periodic tax / pledge update reporting
to members.
The library application will keep track of an
unlimited number of books with a powerful non-
librarian search function along with a full set of
management tools for use by a librarian. It works in
conjunction with the membership application for check-
out to youth or adults in the membership database.
Pricing is $40, $65, or $90 for purchase of one, two
or all three applications.
