Steganos Internet Anonym 2006 is an all-encompassing
privacy software package that offers users the dual
protection of Internet anonymity and trace
destruction. Its anonymity features include the
concealment of a Web surfer's IP address, including
on encrypted Web sites like eBay; anonymous FTP
uploads/downloads; elimination
of pop-up windows, malicious scripts and cookies;
encrypted protection of favorite Web sites; an
Internet Explorer plug-in; and a 3D globe that
displays the constantly changing location of the
proxy server masking your real IP address. The
software's
trace destruction features include the destruction of
200 different Internet/PC traces; automatic trace
destruction while you work; default settings and
saved user preferences.
