Allows you to open an activex control, dll or exe and create a help file. It uses HCW.exe (Help Workshop) and it creates the rtf, hpj and cnt. It also allows you to add descriptions and more information into the help file about a specific property or method of the ActiveX control. This is primarily for programmers who want to create a help file for ActiveX controls or dlls. It makes creating the help file a snap! Requires the VB 6.0 Runtimes.
