FirstContact  -  Version  1.0 FirstContact is a contact manager for organizations to store employee information. It becomes useful for reception when transferring calls, employee information can be found quickly and same time staff status will let others know if the employee is available. Phone messages can also be taken and sent to other employee’s within the office. FirstContact can be set to notify users when new messages arrive.Staff status can be set quickly using the toolbar on the FirstContact explorer screen. It also notifies user to sign back in after their sign out expires.Users can also store local contacts too and build liaisons and treaded conversations to maintain good knowledge of specific conversations with contacts.
