	Outlook Form Launcher button (add-in)  -  Version  1.0 This is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 97 and Outlook 98 that will add a button to the main toolbar which will allow you to launch custom forms with just a single button click. It has a property page that is found on the Tools. Options menu that lets you set the custom form name of the form to be launched.
