OutNote: a fully-integrated Microsoft Outlook add-in
that saves time and money by making it easy to attach
notes to Outlook emails and contacts. Before you
compose your answers to important emails, OutNote lets
you take notes and attach them to each email. To create
a note, simply right-click any email or contact in
Outlook. You'll be able to add your thoughts to your
Outlook information. You'll know immediately if you
have already attached a note. It's easy to control the
icon that you associate with each email, and to
color-code your notes. Each note can include a
date/time stamp.
Sales people and business managers can keep
comprehensive notes about outstanding issues, and never
worry about losing scraps of paper again. Secretaries
and administrative managers can set up meetings and
coordinate group activities quickly and easily,
accumulating important information and then sending
emails when everything comes together.
In addition to acting as an Outlook add-in, OutNote
also functions as a stand-alone application. You can
search and manage your notes, and display and edit them
easily on your desktop. You can even open Outlook
emails that have notes attached, without running Outlook.
