Using the ICMP protocol, Wan Monitor scans specified
devices for an UP or DOWN status. A text log is
maintained of the UP or DOWN status of sites. To
supplement the log entry, an email notification can
also be sent to a set of predefined email addresses.
Wan Monitor also enables you to publish the monitor
status grid to a web site. As a bonus, Wan Monitor
lets you perform DNS queries of Internet
sites.

column, ascending or descending. Wan Monitor also

site. Basic statistics are also kept for each device
that Wan Monitor scans, like number of packets
sent/received, and min./avg./max. response times. In
grid insert/deletion of devices is also available. As
a bonus, Wan Monitor lets you perform DNS queries on
Internet sites.
