Picture Muncher is the most effective way to download
masses of pictures from public web sites all over the
Internet. With its built-in search, and support for TGP
(thumbnail gallery post) sites, there is no other
software which will give you the ability to munch your
way through so many web pictures. Features include
support for password-protected sites and proxy servers
for anonymous use. Download entire sites with only a
couple of clicks.
Munch single pages, or whole lists of pages
Munch entire web sites! Every page available on a site
will be read in, and any pictures downloaded. Even
download from multiple sites at once, if you think your
net connection can take the strain!
If you don't know where to find suitable pages, just
type in any word(s) and do a search. Picture Muncher
will find matching pages and download the pictures for
you.
View images as they download, a slideshow of downloaded
pictures.
Store all your favourite pages, sites and gallery
locations in an easy-to-use system of folders (exactly
like Windows Explorer), which you can organise to suit
your own downloading needs.
Downloaded pictures are organised by domain name (web
site address), so you know exactly where they came
from. This lets you look for other pictures from the
same site.
Built-in Explorer lets you browse your complete picture
collection, with small thumbnail images for each
picture, and the ability to zoom up to full screen, and
view a slideshow at any time.
The revolutionary List Maker screen takes a single
picture file and finds all pictures with similar names.
Eg you find redcar005.jpg and with the List Maker you
can download redcar001.jpg, redcar002.jpg... up to
redcar999.jpg and beyond!
Password-protected sites are no problem - enter your
username and password and Picture Muncher will let you
download from 'members only' areas.
