Excel Invoice Manager Express edition is invoice
software for small or home business invoicing. It is
seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Excel, providing
you with a true what-you-see-is-what-you-get invoice
form for creating invoices. If you have Microsoft
Excel 2000/XP/2003/2007 installed on your Windows
2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7, you can get the invoice
software up and running in 10 minutes or less.
The invoice software handles all small or home
businesses invoicing needs, allowing you to easily
manage customers, products, invoices and payments. The
invoice software is suitable for businesses that are
not registered to bill/collect tax, businesses with
one level of tax and businesses with 2 levels of tax
(e.g. State and Federal tax) - if all of these do not
meet your business requirements, you can even adjust
Excel formulas to define your very own taxes.
With just a few mouse clicks in the invoice software,
you can easily keep track of customer payments and
outstanding invoices, or email the invoice to your
customer. The invoice software allows partial payments
or multiple payments for a single invoice if necessary.
The invoice software allows you to build customer
lists on the fly. This means that as you key in your
invoices, new customer accounts can be add to the
customer list in the backend database with just one
click.
Since the invoice software is based on Microsoft
Excel, you can take complete control over invoice
layout. With the familiar tools provided by Microsoft,
you can easily customize the text style, fonts,
colors, number formats and images on the invoice form -
NO need to learn anything new, just Excel.
In this new version, the setup program is upgraded so
that if the system is running Excel/Office 2007 or
higher versions, it installs invoice templates in
Excel 2007 format (.xlsx file).
