LetterMerger is an add-in for Microsoft Access that
allows you to merge your data with single page block
letter templates that your users can create and modify.
Intended as an alternative to the Microsoft Word mail
merge tool, LetterMerger makes it easy to print and
maintain form letters, and envelope addresses from
Access without relying on an external word processor.
Many applications require a letter printing facility,
and you may find it cumbersome to design a letter in an
Access report, or to use links to Word mail merge to
handle this need. LetterMerger provides an easy-to-use
Access form for letter template input and field merge.
Print or preview merged letters and envelope addresses
with a single button click. Allow your users to
maintain their own letter templates. Many example
business letters are included. Opens from the Tools >
Add-Ins menu, or use a supplied function to incorporate
LetterMerger into your application.
Use LetterMerger to print prospecting letters to a set
of new customers with a printed envelope for each.
Print announcement letters to contacts in your Outlook
contact list. It�s all handled from one easy-to-use form.
