Temporary Internet Files folder. Storing these files
in your cache can make browsing the Web faster because
it usually takes your computer less time to display a
Web page when it can call up some of the page's
elements or even the entire page from your local
Temporary Internet Files folder. A full browser cache
can slow down your surfing experience. When the cache
is full, the browser has to search for the oldest
cache segment and delete it before writing the new
segment.
Your Internet history is a record of all the sites you
have visited. This option gives you the ability to see
what sites you have visited. You have to clear the IE
history from time to time for your privacy.
