Kit and Ellis  -  Version  1.0

Kit and Ellis is a somewhat revolutionary game: while it has quite common match three gameplay (although generously spiced with various bonuses, bonus levels, uncommon game abilities and destructable game field), there is indeed gripping storyline behind the levels. The first character, Kit, was a mere captain of English caper ship, captured by those Spaniards and forced to become their agent in pirate-hunt. Although the brave captain never gave up the hope to outsmart his captors and return to the proud life of free caper. Ellis, a waitress in port inn, a daughter of famous captain, always dreamt of becoming a sailor herself and finally the Fate gave her this chance. During playing you shall be amazed by multiple tiny features which differ this game from the classic match three: the game field itself is destructable, once you get five or more elements of a kind in a line ? the lightning strikes down to explode the cells around. Aside from the common game points, you have so-called energy points - ?mana? for extra abilities. For example, using a gun you can shoot off the symbols you can't remove otherwise. To pass a level in arcade mode you will have to get rid of all the golden and silver cells on the game field, in puzzle mode you must destroy a certain number of the elements. Once you complete five levels, you become able to spend these energy points to buy extra bonuses after each victory. Be careful, it may be wise to have some energy left for critical situations! At the bonus levels there are no metal cells; instead there is the way marked by the rope. You'll have to move your character through it, composing the elements on his way in lines so they disappear. Be careful and don't hesistate: if the water reaches your character, it drowns. Pirates, bombs, giant spiders and many other obstacles stand between Kit and Ellis and their cherished goal.
