A new imaging application. At first glance it may appear to be much like MSPaint, which is supplied with windows, or any other simple graphics editor. A closer inspection, however ,will reveal many extra features, such as TWAIN support for scanning, new stylable pens, extra shapes, pasting methods and effects, special tools and colour filters for creating special effects. Altered Images also supports more than just bitmaps. JPEGs, GIFs, Windows Metafiles, and Enhanced Metafiles can all be imported too. Requires the VB 6.0 Runtimes.
