It manages relatives, documents, qualifications,
courses, certificates, knowledge, experience,
contracts, salaries, fringe benefits, absences and
holidays, delays, overtime hours, congratulations,
warnings and sanctions.

provides a History database where the user can store
all kind of generic informations like phone calls,
emails, receipts, etc.
