	PhotoShop Launcher  -  Version  1 The default toolbar in PhotoShop (the floating one) is always laying under the other windows (brushes, layers etc.). I hate it when the toolbar always seems to get lost. That's why I wrote this tiny launcher for PhotoShop, you can make the floating toolbar stay on top of every other window when you start Photoshop.
