A webmaster tool to convert the content of the files received by email when people fill out and send a mailto:form (method=post) from your web site. It decodes web responses by replacing all hexadecimals codes by the corresponding ponctuation mark, grammatical accent or symbol, and put the information submited on individual lines. All that without having to write or use CGI script.
