A freeware multimedia utility that can capture, calculate, and convert both RGB and hex color values from anywhere on your desktop. Once you find the color your want, you can click the Screencolor button, choose the desired color pixel, and save the color's appropriate RGB and hex values. In addition, you can specify your own hex or RGB values in the edit boxes and create your own custom colors. No install needed, this is one executable only. You can place this on your desktop.
