The easy to use, professional screen capture utility with simple drawing tools for Windows 95/98. It can capture the full screen, a part of screen, or the active window screen you like. It have a time-delayed feature that wait a number of seconds before capturing, and a number on the taskbar that shows you the remaining time. This is useful to capture menus and splash screens. As the screen is captured, you can paste it to a editing picture or a new picture. The picture can then be saved to disk, copied to clipboard, made a hard copy, or edited with some built-in drawing tools such as flip, rotate, stretch, ellipse, airbrush and more.
