LiveSystems Toon  -  Version  1.0 A utility to show gif/jpg cartoons and other graphical material on the desktop. It's main purpose is daily cartoons, but it has also support for webcams and other pictures like weatherphotos and stock-graphs. The shareware version can be used as long as you like but has some features disabled. Registration enables these features and also provides you with a nice collection of fun-files.
