A multi-format image browser. The application has an explorer-style interface where the thumbnail preview shows all the images in the selected folder. The thumbail preview pages of images in various file formats are compiled dynamically as you change folders, so there is no need for any pre-processing or creating image catalogues and the thumbails can be re-scaled in real-time. To ease the file management of your image collections, Omnilook can switch between the thumbnail preview and standard Explorer modes in one mouse-click - your image browsing is also enhanced by built-in history and favorites collections. There is also animated GIF browsing mode that displays all the animated GIFs within a folder and animates them all simultaneously - a feature not found in any other image browser or editor . Omnilook also supports scripts that can control other applications to enable automated processing on your images - for example you can create a script to open the selected thumbnail in your favorite image editor, apply some filters, save the image in a different format and then E-mail it to someone. The full-size image preview of displayed thumbnails can happen within the application or remotely on a different computer running on the Internet or Intranet - you can utilize Omnilook in your workgroup by adding networked slide shows or aid the group design and consultation.
