	Color safe Web Utility  -  Version  1.0 A small learning utility to aid Web authors in the use of the Web-Safe pallette. User can choose a color from R,G,B sliders, preview the color with RGB value and HEX value displayed. Hex value is copied to the clipboard. Requires the VB 5.0 Runtimes.
