A visual HTML authoring application for the quick
creation of professional web pages. The program's Drag
and Drop WYSIWYG interface means that web pages with
mouse over events can be created in minutes by none
professionals without the need to learn HTML, DHTML,
Java, Javascript or any other programming languages.
Simply use "IMS Web Spinner's" dialog boxes to select
images, to type text or to load files from almost any
Word Processor. Use the mouse to position and scale
these elements. An Object Dialog enables mouse over
events and links through the use of simple check boxes.
