DocsToBox helps you track what storage box you placed
file folders into when archiving your old records. A
simple Search screen not only helps you locate what
box a particular folder is in but also where that box
is located. Customizable document types not only help
define the contents of each file folder but also how
long those documents need to be retained before they
can be destroyed. Organizing paper files is easy, as a
data import wizard allows you to load Customer Names,
Vendor Names, Employee Names, or any other list of
names you normally use when labeling file folders. You
can also assign each to types you create to help with
selection when creating groups of file folders.
DocsToBox also allows you to print labels in a wide
variety of Avery style labels for both your file
folders and your storage boxes. And you can customize
what information appears on the label as well.
