Digital Secretary is a tool which maintains
organization amongst [numerous] users and their
details. This means it can automate a large portion of
secretary work that exists at many businesses. It is
simply a matter of viewing the user list of Digital
Secretary to know if someone is available, away, on
break, busy, or occupied by other means. Also, other
user-specific details can be viewed at any time, such
as the log in time and date, notes, the person's
residing "group" and other various details (if
available). It functions by using TCP/IP networking, so
a setup can operate both across the internet and over a
private LAN that has no internet access.
